2/28 Run

After playing football all day on Sat, getting out of bed was a little tough. But I did and went for a great 12 mile Honey Loop with Honey, Blue, Arron, Deb, Michael, Kirk and Higgie. It got pretty hot and I think Blue is done with long runs in the heat. I felt pretty good and Honey and I (and blue) hit it pretty hard in the second half. Great warm up for Old Pueblo 50 miler next weekend.
