Today Blue and I went out for about a 7 miler at a pretty fast pace with some good climbs. We saw JJ w/ Kopol and Otis at the 32nd st lot at the start and then again about 30 minutes later. Kopol was much better behaved today and didn't try the funny business on Blue once. We were planning to go over and down to Wed lot and up the switchbacks to 32nd st. Due to a lack of time, we had to cut it short and head back down palm canyon. It was a great run with no fatigue from OP 50 in my legs.
I ran for the 2nd time in my new Fireblades from La Sportiva. They were light, fast and very comfy. Although I think I still need a 1/2 size bigger, I am very pleased with this new shoe. Thanks La Sportiva for sponsoring the Speedgoats.
