The TMRC set out for Shaw Butte about 4:30am this morning and had a great run. Me, Blue, Ward and Dave C. turned around at the visitors center for about 11 miles and Kirk, Honey, Andrew, Joe and Lizzy went to the top of Shaw Butte for a total of about 15+.
While I almost went down twice and my hip hurt pretty bad early, I had a great run and we went pretty hard on the way back. 11 miles- 1:45- good climbs- felt pretty good the whole time.
