Honey, Blue and I went out for an easy run off of 32nd st trailhead this morning. We did the big Higg Lolli pop loop. Blue was a little crazy this morning. Many rabbits and birds that we ran into kept him a little distracted. Overall a good run at an easy pace. Taper time for Zane Grey next weekend.6 miles, 59:13, 1000 ft. Felt really good, blue was a dick!
By the way, I forgot to ask you - do you know what day and time the registration for next year's Old Pueblo 50 is going to open up? I know it fills really fast, but I was hoping to get in it for my first 50 miler.
ReplyDeleteChad, OP usually opens up late Sept sometime. I can find out for sure later. It is a great one for a first time 50. You should also think about Man vs Horse 50M in Prescott. It is a great first time 50 trail run. We usually post on WMRC website all the races and when to register and everything. If you give me your e-mail, I will put you on our weekly reminder. I just checked, OP50 is September 29 th at 7:00 AM .
