4/5 Run/Climb
I went to do a double Camelback on Sun am and the parking lot was crazy so I went to the village and ran from there adding about 4 miles to the day. I was really tired by the time I got to the mountain I was draggin ass going up and over. It was good race like conditions. Very tired legs, non-stop climbing and dehydrated as well. I actually started to feel better on the 2nd time up and but my knees hurt coming down. After a hard 1:40 for the over and back I had a nice easy run back to the car and finished at about 2:10 for the day. It was a hard workout but will do wonders for training in the future. 10 miles, 3000 ft, 2:10.
