WMRC went out for a nice easy 6 miler on the trails of the preserve this am. Higgy led us at a pretty good pace and Blue and I stayed in the very back to stop from going out too fast. It works, we had a slow run, just what the Dr. ordered. Blue felt better after few day under the weather and a hurt tail.???

I was rolling at a slow pace. The situation is I have fresh legs and everyone else is trashed from a big last weekend:)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my humble little blog.
ReplyDeleteI run the White Tanks pretty often, usually on the Competative Track trail where the Cactus Cha Cha trail run is held. The Mesquite trail is a good one too even though the first mile or so is really rocky.
Yes, I did the waterfall to goat camp to bajada/south trail and then back the same way but took mesquite back to the waterfall lot, 22 miles in about 3:55. My new favorite trails.
