WMRC had a great run this morning. We switched it up a little and went across the preserve thru some different trails to the dreamy draw lot instead of 40th st. We had an easy 3+ miles first and then turned up the juice on the hills. We ended up going about 6+ miles and about 1500+ ft climb. Second half much harder than the first. Blue Dog dominated his buddies O-dog and Kopie again, he led almost the whole way.6 miles-1:05- 1500 ft. Feel really good right now.
